Concert At The Kings
We are delighted to announce the “Concert At The Kings” show, taking place on Saturday 26th May. The open air gig is in aid of Cancer Research UK, a charity close to all our hearts, and promises to be an absolute corker with special guest stars and major surprises!
As there is no Robin 2 show planned for 2012, this will be the show to attend for fans from near and far.

Sweet Live Advent Album
This Christmas we are giving away an exclusive live album that no Sweet fan should be without.
A recording of a 2010 show, the album will be downloadable track by track on a time release basis throughout December, with each track being available for a limited period of two days only … a kind of audio advent calendar!

Following the recent departure of long time keyboard player/guitarist Steve Grant, we will spend most of the coming week in rehearsal to prepare for the next chapter of the story, beginning at The Robin 2, Bilston on Saturday 17th.
We are very excited to have the opportunity to unveil the newest member of the band at an event that has become an annual get-together for fans from all over the world.

METAL EVOLUTION
Starting on 11/11/11 VH1 US will be airing a new series charting the evolution of heavy metal.“Metal Evolution” is a Banger Films mini series which focus’s on the Heavy Metal Family tree which was featured in the documentary “Metal: A Headbanger’s Journey”. Each episode will feature new footage and interviews based on genres such as Early Metal, Glam Metal, Shock Rock, Power Metal, Thrash Metal and so on. Naturally The Sweet are an important part of the family tree so the film crew came to London to interview Andy. You heard it here first………
